Holistic View of Life

When you decide to come in and begin to assess your life and the issues that bring you to counseling, my approach is to look at you as whole person- physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and energetic. When any of these areas are out of balance, the work is to come back into balance. My work is to help you find and maintain that balance.

It seems apparent that the choices we have made have taken us to this place we are at. We may have made good choices or we have not. We may have to revise our life in some ways to live a more balanced life.

The decision to change is entirely up to us, but there are times when we just need to seek help. My job is to guide you through the process.
